Adventure Credits FAQ
If you buy Adventure Credits you will either need to be logged into your account or select the “Create Account” option on the checkout form. Credits are added to booking passes.
You must be logged into your account to be able to spend your credits.
Each activity that can be purchased using credits will have the redeem a booking pass. This item will then be shown in your cart with a zero cost and the number of credits it will use up.
40 credits cost £60 (£1.50 each) and is worth £2.50 when used to buy experiences
yes. All credits expire at the end of the year. Please note that most of our activities run from May until September so there will be limited opportunities to spend them from after September.
They can be purchased as gift vouchers – if you email us once you have purchased them, we can make them transferable for you.
You can see your valid booking passes and the number of credits on each pass by logging in and clicking the booking passes option.
Booking passes will expire on the date shown on your booking passes page. Once a booking pass has expired the credits can no longer be spent.
